The actual event was great only problem was with TUI. We turned up for date to find out that our booking wasn’t confirmed by TUI! The staff were really great and checked we had a paper ticket and then rebooked us on the next night.. but that wasn’t what we booked so we had to change all our plans around which with small children isn’t the best.
