Als gebürtiger Hannoveraner (Melchior würde widersprechen) bin ich schon 1000mal durch die Altstadt gelaufen ohne mir die tollen Überbleibsel der Vergangenheit anzugucken oder vorzustellen, wie es wohl damals ausgesehen haben muss. Das hat Melchior mit seiner Führung geschafft und uns begeistert!
When all the honorable citizens of Hanover are fast asleep, Melchior, the night watchman, will accompany you on an amusing theater walk through the dark alleys and corners of the city.
You will hear from your guide about the fates of executioners, gangs of murderers and the daily troubles of the night watchman guild. Melchior also has a lot to tell about the history of beer and the hustle and bustle at court.
