Very poor service and would not recommend! TUI have provided zero guidance on where to find the bus port, nor was it made clear that electronic tickets aren’t accepted so you need to go to the 01st floor window 11 to get them printed which we found out after eventually locating the right bus gate, however because of this we ended up missing the first bus! The overall service from bus driver sis awful, so rude and aggressive and really made what should have been a fun experience stressful.
