What to expect

The Orangerie Museum is a wonderful place, located in the very heart of Paris in the Tuileries garden.

Entirely renovated, the museum allows you to discover with a natural and original light Monet’s Nymphéas (Water Lilies) and 146 other masterpieces of the Walter-Guillaume collection (Renoir, Cézanne, Modigliani, Matisse, Picasso, Derain, Soutine).

Until January 16th 2023 don't miss the retrospective Sam Szafran exhibition.

Present your ticket at the entrance of the Musée de l’Orangerie located inside the Jardin de Tuileries. Metro stop: Concorde (lines 1, 8, 12).

  • Free admission every first Sunday of the month
  • Large bags or luggage are not allowed inside the museum
  • Once you've left the museum, you can't get back in
  • Access to temporary exhibitions subject to availability
  • Free admission (not available on musement.com) for visitors under 18s, 18-25 EU citizens; and for all visitors on the first Sunday of the month
