Buggy Abenteuer in Marrakesch

Everything was good, enjoyed our morning. Mint tea and some bread provided in a local village halfway through. No badanas provided - would have been needed as very dusty!

No scarfs were provided, so our faces were black and obviously we were breathing in alot of dust! More protection should be provided. Apart from that it was good fun.

Pick up on time, arrived at buggy point and staff were great and fitted us with all the safety equipment quickly and efficiently. Took us to our buggy and ensured that we were safely secured and ok, Started with nice easy ride with leader checking we were ok, then got more and more adventurous but keeping an eye on us all the time. Tea stop was fine and chance to freshen up. Whole experience was amazing and good service for the money. Well done

I booked this excursion via TUI as i thought i would receive quality from an English operator, the description said there would be multi lingual guide. Unfortunately this was not the case. Whilst our guide was very lovely and tried. He spoke no english, luckily our transfer driver was available to translate for us towards the end. There was no safety briefing, the tour description upon booking stated that bandana's would be provided, this was not. Not great and would not recommend for Brits

Experience was OK. Guide didn’t speak a word of English, which made the 10 minute stop in the desert really awkward, as it was silent. Had no idea when arriving for Tea if this was the included stop, or a shop as it says shop, and the guide didn’t make this clear as didn’t know what we were saying. The buggy was flashing no fuel from the off, and there was no masks or scarves included as alluded to in the booking info, had to wash my face with water in my bag as I was orange within minutes.

The guide was fantastic, it was fun, the stop was refreshing and people were so welcoming. The only negative, no bandana was provided as stated in the booking but it was so much fun we’ll know for next time.
